Information you provide
FreeSolarPanelsMiami is an informational website that connects homeowners with local solar installers. When you request solar options, the form collects:
- Your full name, email address, and phone number.
- Your full installation street address, city, county field, ZIP code, and state.
- Whether you own or rent the property, property type, and roof type.
- Your monthly electricity spend, battery interest, and installation timeframe.
- A TrustedForm consent certificate URL associated with your request.
The request also includes the source website, source channel, and landing-page URL. We use these details to route your request, help providers assess solar options, and document the consent process.
Where your quote request goes
Submissions are transmitted through our server to Fluid, a third-party lead-distribution platform, and onward to third-party solar installers. Our submission endpoint is a forwarding service, not first-party lead storage. Lead data is transferred to and held by those third parties. We sell or share leads and may receive compensation from the companies receiving them. Those recipients use the information to evaluate your request and contact you about solar options.
TrustedForm and consent records
TrustedForm, a third-party service provided by ActiveProspect, loads when you open the quote form. It captures a page snapshot, browser fingerprints, and interaction events to document the consent process, including the page and consent language shown at the moment of consent. The resulting certificate is stored by third parties and shared with the buyer of the lead, together with its certificate URL. These records allow recipients to review how the request and consent were obtained.
Calls, texts, emails, and your choices
The quote form asks for consent to solar-related calls, texts, and emails, including automated communications and, where authorized by that consent, prerecorded calls. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. This policy does not expand the consent you provide in the form.
Reply STOP to a marketing text to opt out of texts from that sender. You can also revoke consent through our on-site request form by choosing “Revoke marketing consent.” Include the phone number or email associated with your request and identify any relevant sender. You may also contact the company communicating with you directly to revoke consent.
Analytics, cookies, and browser storage
The site runs Cloudflare Insights and Vercel Analytics to measure website visits and performance. Cloudflare Insights loads from static.cloudflareinsights.com. Vercel Analytics loads through the first-party path /_vercel/insights/script.js on this site. On initial page load, the site sets no cookies and no localStorage entries. TrustedForm loads only when you open the quote form; its consent-recording activity is described above. Opening that form is a separate step from simply viewing a page.
Access, deletion, opt-out, and privacy questions
Use our on-site privacy request form to request access to or deletion of your information, opt out of sale or sharing, revoke marketing consent, or ask a privacy question. Provide the email address or phone number used for your quote request so the relevant records can be located. Additional verification may be needed before information is disclosed or deleted.
The privacy form collects your request type, the contact identifier you supply, and any optional details. These are transmitted to the service handling privacy requests for review and action. They are not submitted as a new solar lead. A delivery confirmation means your request reached that service; it does not mean the requested action has already been completed. If delivery fails, the form will tell you that the request was not confirmed.
Requests involving information already held by Fluid, installers, or consent-record providers may require coordination with those recipients. Opting out does not undo a transfer that has already occurred. You can ask us to address information already shared and can also exercise your rights directly with the recipient.
